QUALITY MANAGEMENT

PAS 2035 is designed to manage quality and improve monitoring throughout fabric-first retrofit. Surefire follows the model, roles and responsibilities required by PAS 2035.

INCEPTION TO COMPLETION

Surefire reduces the supply chain to a partner of one and Suretire ACE Assist ensures absolute compliance from inception to completion.

PAS 2035 COMPLIANCE

Navigating PAS 2035 is on ongoing compliance headache particularly as each stage is typically delivered by a different third party in the supply chain. Surefire singularity assure full responsibility for PAS compliance.

BUDGET

Meeting budgetary demands in a fully compliant manner is THE core benefit of Surefire which in turn de-risks the management of LAD projects for asset teams.

The Home Upgrade Grant (HUG) aims to drive the long-term energy-efficiency in off-grid and low-income homes.

£150m of funding is available to eligible local authorities, social landlords, and private home owners whose properties will benefit from the installation of certain energy-saving systems.

Surefire aims to facilitate the move towards net-zero and low carbon living among communities across the UK by providing a full range of services that fall under the HUG scheme.

Whether you need to secure funding for your project, need to install heating systems, insulation, or even solar panels, we can help at every stage.

Part of our unique HUG services includes ACE Assist and ACE Assist +.

The ACE Assist division of Surefire are a team of independent retrofit specialists, working with housing providers to evaluate their stock and provide guidance on retrofit measures. Evaluating the poorest stock and ensuring the correct measures are delivered to optimum quality is the single priority of Surefire ACE Assist.

ACER Assist + offers an extended service which provides not only assessment coordination and evaluation but also offers public awareness and lead generation services. Using a complex mix of engagement tactics, ACE Assist + firstly identifies the properties that are most in need of and suitable for measures then reaches out to the owners of the properties to explain the benefits. Educating owner occupiers and driving demand.
