The Local Authority Delivery Scheme (LADS) is a government-funded scheme focused on helping to improve the energy-efficiency of low income and low EPC homes, including those that are considered to be “off-grid.”
Developed with the UK’s goal of working towards net zero by 2050 in mind, LADS is making the move towards reducing fuel poverty and also aims to phase out the installation of high carbon fossil fuel heating systems.
